We are excited to announce that we now offer Freespira.
Freespira, is a non-medication, digital therapeutic treatment for clients with panic. Multi-centered, clinical results have consistently shown that 85% of patients were free of panic attacks post treatment and 81% were free of panic one year later. Freespira addresses the underlying physiological component of panic which includes chronic hyperventilation and dysfunctional respiratory patterns.

KARA RAYBUCK
Licensed Professional Counselor
Kara received a degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services with a concentration in substance abuse from Clarion University of Pennsylvania before obtaining a graduate degree in school counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania; these areas of study form a strong foundation for her work as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her background in agencies and private practice with both individual and groups in an outpatient setting has influenced her therapeutic style. Kara is trained in both trauma and dialectical behavioral therapy. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as well as with the developmentally delayed, those with dual diagnoses, depression, anger management, trauma, and relationship issues providing a broad spectrum of care to her community.

AMY WHITNEY, MS
EAP Outreach & Coordinator
Amy has worked in a wide range of settings in her career. For sixteen years, she worked as a physical therapist assist in skilled care, transitional care, acute settings, and outpatient therapy which taught her that people have a variety of needs within the healing process that exist on a physical and mental level. This experience has given her a heightened level of understanding about what it takes to manage a balance between caring for others and managing one’s well being. These experiences also led her to seek and obtain a graduate degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Amy completed an internship at the Clarion Psychiatric Center and currently works in a mobile therapy setting. She has conducted group therapy sessions and has worked with children, adolescents, and families with varying therapeutic approaches.

Lisa Standfest
Licensed Professional Counselor
Lisa works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults to decrease unwanted symptoms around issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. Her background working with students in both school and outpatient settings has provided a strong foundation in using a strength based perspective to assist young people navigate many developmental challenges associated with transitional age. Lisa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University. Her early work with adolescents resulted in returning to obtain a Master's Degree in Counseling, with a specialization in School Counseling, from Edinboro University of PA. Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She believes strongly in the unique and innate potential of every person.
